The Lamborghini autos are a product of the company Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A., a company which has its headquarters in Bologna , Italy . In case you didn't know, Lamborghini is a famous sports car brand name and has been around since 1962.The name of the company derives from its founder – Ferruccio Lamborghini- who has previously dealt with a tractor factory. Currently, Lamborghini is a subsidiary of Audi AG, the German car maker. However, Audi is also the subsidiary of the famous Volkswagen Group.

The models of Lamborghini sports cars include among many others the Lamborghini 400 GT, which is a follower of the successful Lamborghini 350 GT model. However, the very first sports car by Lamborghini was the Lamborghini Miura, launched in 1965. The car got its name from a famous bull fighter.
